Harlequin Bogey
Great weather on Saturday brought an army of golfers to the golf club. 118 members entered the competition for the Harlequin Bogey and some fantastic scores were posted. Anthony Holmes narrowly won the competition on countback. Bradley Mathews took second place. Well done to everyone that took part and well to the winners.

Sergio Masters Augusta
Unless you've been under a rock somewhere you'll be well aware that a certain Spaniard won his first major title at Augusta a couple of weeks ago. However it wasn't just his triumph that impressed us but the way he went about it. Yes, Sergio has been in the final group on a major Sunday before, but there was something different about him this time.
Garcia was the only player in the field to card four rounds under par - an impressive feat in itself - but he also hit 75% of greens in regulation as well as 80% of fairways throughout the week. To play golf like this you need to be at the top of your game and have complete trust in your equipment. Here's what was in Sergio's winning bag:
Here's a fun fact for you: Sergio plays a number #49 golf ball - but do you know why? It's because that was year of his mother's birth. You learn something new every day!
